Meeting Minutes
July 20, 2021
Attendance: John Beal, Kevin Copland, Dick Durbin, Garret Heussner, Dallas Johnson, Rick Johnson, Chaz Kelley, Jason Kelly, Dustin McCormick, Billy Owens, Les Shope, Marty Spears, Mike Thomas, John Vickers, and Gage Warren.
Reading of the minutes was waived.

The question of locking from one body of water to another during a tournament was deferred from the previous meeting. It was determined that, since there are few bodies of water where locking is possible, the club will decide whether to allow locking on a tournament by tournament basis.
The possibility of reducing the limit for our July and August tournaments to reduce fish mortality had been raised. The monthly mortality percentages for the last five years were reviewed and it was determined that we did not have any higher mortality rate during July and August than other months. Our rate was similar to the B.A.S.S. Elite Series.
The August tournament at Chattahoochee will be from safe daylight until 3:00 p.m.
