Meeting Minutes
June 18, 2024
Attendance: John Vickers, Jason Kelly, Mike Thomas, Billy Owens, Kevin Copland, Dick Durbin, Dustin McCormick, John Beal, Les Shope, Ritchie Estes, Bo Lynn, Austin Davis, and Doug Willard
Ritchie Estes, Bo Lynn, and Austin Davis were introduced as new pledges.
Secretary Charlie Donahue was absent, so Dick Durbin read the minutes from the previous meeting. They were approved by the members.
Dick Durbin read the treasurer’s report and it was approved:
Cash $700.50

Top Ten Pot $129.00
Mike Thomas discussed his concerns about the heat at this time of the year and suggested that we consider changing the weigh-in times of the summer tournaments to 2:00. The members decided to keep the weigh-in time for the Seminole tournament to 3:00 p.m.
Doug Willard was reinstated as a member since he left the club in good standing.
Mike Thomas reviewed the results of the May tournament on Lake Talquin and the AOY standings.
Billy Owens asked that he be allowed to fish the Seminole tournament with Mike Thomas.
Mike Thomas advised the club that we will take off from Booster Club Landing as early as it is safe to do so since a large tournament will be coming out of the Sneads ramp.
