Report was accepted as read.•Mike Thomas opened up discussion about giving Dallas Johnson an Honorary award plaque for his 50 years of membership in the club. The members approved. Mike also noted that Alabama fish and wildlife are checking for boater safety completion from fishermen so everyone should make sure you have completed the FL course and have verification with you during tournaments.

Old Business: Club shirts were discussed again and Zach Williams said that he would check with the company that does his company shirts and will get back to us with the cost.•New Business: Kevin Copeland suggested that rather than handing out individual plaques at the end of the year we should establish plaques with engravable plates for Sportsman, Angler and Big Fish for the year and given the winners to hold for the year and then passed on to the winners the following year. The club accepted and Mike Thomas said he would check with the company that has provided plaques in the past.

The March tournament will be on Lake Seminole launching from Sneads. It was suggested that we have the ramps at Booster Club and Howell Creek as alternate launch sites due to weather conditions or other tournaments launching at Sneads. Mike Thomas will notify the members ASAP if the launch site has to be changed. The club agreed.
