Minutes of Tallahassee Bass Anglers Meeting
April 5, 2016
Attendance: John Vickers, Les Shope, Dallas Johnson, Billy Owens, Kevin Copland, Mike Thomas, John Beal, Chris Edrington, Rick Johnson, Dick Durbin, Lou Comer
Meeting called to order by President Les Shope at 7:30 PM.
Meeting Agenda was presented and approved (1st Billy Owens, 2nd Mike Thomas)
Minutes of from the 3/15/16 meeting were approved as posted (1st Mike Thomas, 2nd Dick Durbin)
Financial report was reported as follows by Treasurer Chris Edrington

New Business:
Tournament director Mike Thomas mentioned he would like to have all big fish pot money by the meeting before the Eufaula tournament.
Treasurer Edrington will be adding $10 to Les Shope and Bryce Harvey’s account for big fish from the last two tournaments.
Mike Thomas noted he currently had 8 rooms reserved for Eufaula and requested that those planning on staying please commit by the next club meeting.
Billy Owens brought up the changes for FL bass regulations on July 1st. Club members are encouraged to read the new regulations. The 12 inch minimum will still be effect with the issuance of permits.
It was also mentioned that FWC had released a new plan for invasive plant species and their treatment. Club members were also encouraged to review these.
Mike Thomas reviewed the Lake Jackson tournament.

Current AOY standings have Les Shope in first, John Beal in second, and John Rudolph in third.
John Vickers requested an exemption from the draw on Lake Eufaula and requested that he be allowed to take a local high school B.A.S.S. fisherman out with him. Motion was made to accept by Dick Durbin with a second by Mike Thomas. Motion was passed by the club.
Dollar Pot was awarded to Dallas Johnson
The next meeting will be held 4/19/16 at Smashburger
