Minutes of Tallahassee Bass Anglers Meeting
December 6, 2016
Attendance: Dallas Johnson, Billy Owens, Mike Thomas, John Vickers, Rick Johnson, Bryce Harvey, Dick Durbin, Chris Edrington, Kevin Copland, Les Shope, Marty Spears, Bobby Yakin
Meeting called to order by President Les Shope at 7:30 PM.
Meeting Agenda was presented and approved (1st John Vickers, 2nd Bryce Harvey)
Minutes were approved from the last meeting were approved (1st Dick Durbin, 2nd John Vickers)
Financial report was reported as follows by Treasurer Chris Edrington
Cash: $100

New Business:
Les Shope reviewed the end of the year banquet and noted how well it went. A thanks to Marty Spears and Cedar Farms Plantation.
Les Shope mentioned the email sent by Pedro Narezo ending his pledge status. Pedro cited time constraints and caring for his wife who has been ill as the reason.
A motion was made to cancel the next meeting as it would occur the week of Christmas. This motion carried (1st Chris Edrington, 2nd Billy Owens).
Mike Thomas presented the Big Fish of the Year to Bryce Harvey as he was not present at the banquet.
Mike Thomas reviewed the plans for the classic in January. A trailer has been rented at Rivers Edge RV park for $165/night plus tax. So far, there have been 8 commitments to attend.
Mike Thomas reviewed his purposed 2017 tournament schedule. Mike will email members with this proposal. The tournament schedule will be voted on during the first meeting in January. Members were reminded that dues must be paid before they may vote on the schedule.
Dollar Pot was drawn and won by Bobby Yakin.
