Minutes of Tallahassee Bass Anglers Meeting
February 16, 2016
Attendance: John Vickers, Mike Thomas, Rick Johnson, Gene Love(p), Dick Durbin, John Beal, Les Shope, Dallas Johnson, John Rudolph, Lee Huzagh(p), Marty Spears, Van Sutton, Chris Edrington, Billy Owens, Don Gainey, John Waugh(p), Doug Willard, Bryce Harvey
Meeting called to order by President Les Shope at 7:30 PM.
Meeting Agenda was presented and approved (1st John Rudolph, 2nd Dick Durbin)
Minutes of from the 2/2/16 meeting were approved as posted (1st Dallas Johnson, 2nd Dick Durbin)
Treasurer’s report was reported as follows by Treasurer Chris Edrington
Cash: $265.66
Bank: $2137.50
Accounts receivable: $30.00
Credits: $1285.56
Total: $1147.60
Treasurer’s report was approved (Motion to approve John Rudolph, 2nd Rick Johnson)
New Business:
Treasurer Chris Edrington announced those that have paid for the Apalachicola tournament.
Van Sutton announced he would be resigning from the club.
John Waugh pledged the club through John Rudolph.
President Les Shope noted that he has successfully reserved Smashburger for the next meeting (March 1st). However, there may be some conflict with the second meeting in March and another group. We will still plan to meet at Smashburger.
Mike Thomas discussed the upcoming Apalach tournament. The tournament will be held this Sunday from safe daylight until 3PM at Bay City Lodge. The draw was held with the following results:

Mike Thomas announced that rooms have been reserved. He had previously made reservations for 8 rooms; but, would be calling Bay City tomorrow to see if we can increase to 10. Room rates are projected to be $85.00 plus tax.
Mike Thomas worked out room arrangement.
Dollar Pot was won by John Rudolph.
Next meeting will be Tuesday, March 1st.
