Meeting Minutes
October 15, 2019
Attendance:
John Beal, Dallas Johnson, Les Shope, John Vickers, Mike Thomas, Rick Johnson, Billy Owens and Dick Durbin
Reading of the minutes was waived.
The next treasurer's report will be at the next meeting.
The club approved the consolidation of club officers as presented at the last meeting. The official officers of The Club shall be: President, Vice-President/Entertainment Chairman, Secretary/Membership and Rules Chairman, Treasurer, and Tournament Chairman.
The slate of officers presented at the last meeting was approved. Officers for 2020 shall be:
- President - John Vickers
- Vice-President/Entertainment Chairman - Les Shope
- Tournament Director - Mike Thomas
- Secretary/Membership and Rules Chairman - Billy Owens
- Treasurer - Dick Durbin
The date of the Top Ten tournament was moved to November 2, 2019 in order to allow more members to fish. The location of the tournament will be determined after the weigh-in of the October 19, 2019 tournament.
Dallas Johnson won the Dollar Pot.
